A Butter and Ghee Processing Operator is responsible for operating various dairy processing machineries (filter, separator, pasteurizer etc.) to produce butter and ghee following specifications and standards of the organization. A Butter and Ghee Processing Operator must have the ability to plan, organize, prioritize, calculate and handle pressure. S/he must possess reading, writing and communication skills. In addition, s/he must have personal and professional hygiene and an understanding of food safety standards and requirements.
